We collect information needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

• Account data: username, email address, account identifiers and plan information.
• Transaction data: payment status, selected product and transaction references. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own policies.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, session identifiers, timestamps and diagnostic events.

Uploaded files and generated outputs are processed to provide the generation you request. Slutify does not publish them in a public gallery by default or use them to train public AI models without explicit authorization.

Files may be stored temporarily while processing, delivery, security review or user-requested history features are active.

When verification is required, identity documents and related images are used exclusively to complete verification, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Access is restricted, and verification files are deleted after the required review and retention period unless longer preservation is legally required.

We may process generation identifiers, template identifiers, content hashes, watermark identifiers, fraud indicators, security events and abuse reports.

These records help detect repeated abuse without requiring public exposure of your content.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

• Deleted accounts: generated content and customer profile data are removed, while limited transaction, security, fraud prevention and compliance records may be retained where permitted or required by law.
• Other uploads and outputs: temporary, unless saved through an account feature or preserved for a valid investigation.
• Security logs: generally up to six months, although relevant records may be preserved longer for security, fraud or abuse prevention.
• Transaction and account records: as required for service, accounting and legal obligations.
• Abuse reports: for as long as reasonably necessary to investigate and enforce.

Information may be shared with infrastructure, payment, verification, security and support providers only when needed to deliver their services. We may also disclose limited information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process or to protect users and the platform.

If you request Slutify Local, you control the remote session and can end it at any time. The technician may view system information necessary for installation and troubleshooting. Your local source files are not collected as part of the installation unless you explicitly choose to share them for support.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of personal information, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Self service account deletion is available from the account profile.
