Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and the operator of the Slutify service (“Slutify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of Slutify’s websites, accounts, automated media-generation and transformation tools, outputs, memberships, add-ons, credits, and related digital products (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and also have reached the age of legal majority where you live. Minors may not access or use the Service, and you may not permit a minor to access the Service through your account or device.

Slutify may request age or identity verification and may restrict an account while verification is pending or incomplete. Verification does not establish that use of the Service is lawful in every jurisdiction, and you remain responsible for complying with the law where you access or use the Service.

You must not use the Service from a region in which Slutify has made the Service unavailable, including Brazil.

Slutify is not offered or available to users located in Brazil. You may not access, register for, purchase, or use the Service while located in Brazil.

You may not use a VPN, proxy, relay, false location information, third-party account, payment method, or any other technique to bypass this restriction.

Slutify may deny access, reject transactions, restrict associated accounts, sessions, or devices, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts when it reasonably determines that a user has deliberately attempted to circumvent a geographic restriction.

Legal notices, reporting procedures, takedown requests, privacy requests, and other legally required resources may remain accessible regardless of regional service availability.

Slutify does not require identity verification from every customer. KYC may be requested only in limited, account-specific circumstances when reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate suspected abuse, confirm adults-only eligibility, respond to conflicting age or identity signals, prevent impersonation or non-consensual content, address fraud or attempted circumvention, or protect the security and integrity of the Service.

If KYC is requested for your account, access to generation features will be paused until the verification is completed and approved. You may choose not to submit the requested verification, but you may not refuse, evade, falsify, or bypass a KYC request and continue using generation features. Browsing portions of the Service that remain available and contacting support are not blocked solely because KYC is pending.

A request applies only to the specifically selected account and does not automatically affect other customers. Verification must be completed truthfully through Slutify’s designated identity-verification provider. Approval is not guaranteed, and incomplete, expired, abandoned, declined, or fraudulent verification may keep generation access unavailable or result in additional action under these Terms.

This exceptional measure is intended to protect customers, depicted persons, potential victims, third parties, and the platform from underage access, identity misuse, exploitation, non-consensual synthetic media, fraud, and related harm. Identity-verification information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Slutify is a technology service that provides automated tools for generating and transforming images and videos. You select the input, template, and requested settings and direct each generation. Slutify does not select the person or source material you submit.

The availability of a template, setting, feature, or technical capability is not legal approval of any particular use. You must independently determine whether you have the right to create, possess, use, publish, or distribute each requested output. Slutify may enforce these Terms, review reports, and take action to protect users, third parties, and the Service or to comply with law.

You must provide accurate and current account and verification information. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You may not sell, share, transfer, or provide account access to another person in a way that defeats eligibility, verification, payment, regional, usage, or safety restrictions.

Notify [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require you to verify control of the account before restoring or changing access.

Free users may delete their account and generated content through the account profile. Slutify may retain limited transaction, security, fraud prevention, and compliance records where permitted or required by law. Retention is periodically reviewed and limited as required by applicable law.

This section does not limit any deletion or other privacy right that cannot be waived under applicable law. Verified legal requests may be submitted to [email protected] and will be assessed under applicable law.

You may request permanent deletion from your account profile. Slutify may require confirmation before acting and will process deletion subject to applicable law, security requirements, fraud prevention, and any records we are legally permitted or required to retain.

A completed account deletion is intended to be permanent and the deleted account, generations, and erased content will not ordinarily be restored. If, after a user changes their mind, Slutify determines that limited account reconstruction is technically and legally possible from records lawfully retained after deletion, reconstruction is a separate discretionary service, is not guaranteed, and does not guarantee recovery of deleted generations or other erased content.

Before any reconstruction work begins, Slutify will disclose the available scope and require the user to affirmatively approve an advance service fee equal to 30% of the account’s verified lifetime spend. No reconstruction fee is charged automatically. Nothing in this section limits a privacy or deletion right that cannot lawfully be waived or conditions the exercise of such a right on payment.

“User Content” means files, images, videos, prompts, instructions, information, and other material you upload, submit, or provide, as well as outputs you choose to save, use, publish, or distribute. As between you and Slutify, you retain any rights you lawfully hold in your User Content.

You grant Slutify a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, transform, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and enforce the Service, respond to reports, and comply with law. You remain responsible for your User Content and the consequences of creating, possessing, using, or distributing it.

For every file you upload and every generation you request, you represent and warrant that:

• you own the file or are authorized to use it for the requested processing and intended use;
• every person depicted is an adult;
• every identifiable person has given valid permission for the requested transformation and intended use;
• the content and your use of it do not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contractual, or other rights; and
• you will comply with all laws that apply to the content and output.

An image being publicly available does not mean it is authorized for an intimate, sexual, or otherwise sensitive AI transformation.

You may not use an identifiable person’s face, body, likeness, voice, or other personal characteristics without that adult’s valid, informed, and specific permission for both the requested transformation and your intended use. Permission to take, possess, or publish an ordinary image does not by itself establish permission to create intimate or sexual synthetic media.

You may not misrepresent synthetic or altered content as an authentic recording of real events. If consent is withdrawn or disputed, you must stop using and distributing the affected content where required by law and cooperate with any lawful review.

You may not use the Service to create, upload, request, possess, facilitate, publish, or distribute:

• content involving a minor or an age-uncertain person, child sexual abuse material, or any real or synthetic sexual depiction of a minor;
• nonconsensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes without permission, revenge pornography, coercion, sexual extortion, blackmail, trafficking, or exploitation;
• impersonation, harassment, stalking, doxxing, threats, fraud, defamation, or unlawful invasion of privacy or publicity rights;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property or contractual rights;
• malware, malicious code, stolen credentials, unauthorized access attempts, or activity that disrupts or damages the Service or another system; or
• any other illegal content or unlawful publication or distribution of generated content.

You also may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse the Service; conceal payment fraud; or attempt to bypass age, identity, payment, regional, generation, concurrency, account, or safety restrictions. Private use does not make unlawful content permissible.

AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unexpected. An output may not resemble the input or selected template, and the Service may generate the same or similar output for other users.

Slutify does not guarantee that an output is accurate, unique, exclusive, copyrightable, non-infringing, or legally suitable for your intended use. You must review every output and obtain any necessary professional advice before possessing, relying on, publishing, or distributing it.

Slutify may review reports, relevant content, generation identifiers, account activity, and other records reasonably available to investigate suspected violations, fraud, security risks, or harm. We may use automated systems and human review, but do not promise to monitor every upload, request, or output.

Where appropriate, Slutify may reject a request, restrict access, remove or disable content, preserve relevant information, suspend or terminate an account, or take other reasonable enforcement action. To protect security and investigations, we may withhold internal detection methods, evidence, or enforcement criteria where disclosure could facilitate circumvention, expose confidential information, or cause harm. Reports may be submitted through the available reporting channel.

The Service, including its software, interface, design, branding, and original platform materials, is owned by Slutify or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, Slutify grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.

No right is granted to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative services from the Service except where applicable law does not permit that restriction. These Terms do not give Slutify ownership of rights you lawfully hold in your User Content.

Products offered through the Service may include one-time memberships, annual products where identified at checkout, add-ons, usage credits, and other digital products. The product description and price shown at the authoritative checkout when you submit payment control that transaction. Full payment of the required amount is necessary; an underpayment does not activate access or delivery.

Slutify does not offer monthly subscriptions or charge monthly membership fees. A product the user has validly purchased remains purchased and is not converted into a monthly subscription. Ownership of a product, however, remains subject to these Terms and does not create an unconditional right to use every function without operational, technical, safety, validation, activation, capacity, or service-specific conditions.

To maintain, validate, activate, expand, and keep the Service operational, Slutify may establish or update reasonable conditions of access or use for individual functions and may offer or require separate one-time admission, validation, activation, capacity, feature-expansion, or service-expansion fees. These conditions may apply to a function associated with or available within a previously purchased package, particularly where the user has never previously used or activated that function. A condition governing the later activation or first use of a specific function does not need to have appeared at the original package checkout, provided it applies prospectively and does not falsely erase the user’s ownership of the product already purchased.

The nature, purpose, amount, and applicable service for any separate fee will be disclosed before that separate payment is requested. Slutify will not charge such a fee automatically: the user must affirmatively choose and submit the applicable one-time payment. This commercial model replaces monthly membership fees and is a non-negotiable condition of accessing the applicable additional activation, validation, capacity, expansion, or operational service. Once a disclosed one-time fee has been accepted and paid, the transaction is final and cannot be revoked merely because the user later changes their mind, subject always to the Refunds section and any right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Available methods may include direct Bitcoin or Ethereum payment and Binance Gift Card redemption. Cryptocurrency transfers may be irreversible. Gift cards may be acquired from third-party retailers, including Eneba or G2A where offered, under the retailer’s own terms and country restrictions. Slutify is not responsible for a retailer’s separate sale, fees, availability, or refusal of a code.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, blockchain or network fees, exchange costs, and third-party charges associated with your transaction. Fraudulent, stolen, invalid, previously redeemed, or unlawfully obtained payments or gift cards may be rejected and may result in suspension or termination.

A membership, add-on, credit, or other entitlement provides only the access stated in the applicable product description. Unless the checkout expressly identifies a recurring product, a one-time payment does not renew automatically. Annual products apply for the period identified at checkout where offered.

Products may be subject to daily limits, lifetime limits, account-specific limits, concurrency limits, server availability, and product-specific restrictions. Limits and included features may differ by product and may be enforced at the account or generation level. Purchasing access does not guarantee that every requested generation will complete or satisfy your expectations.

You may request a refund when no video has been generated and no digital entitlement or custom product has been used or delivered. Submit the request through the support channel available on the Service or by emailing [email protected].

Once a generation has been used or a digital product has been delivered or activated, payments are generally non-refundable. A request may require review of the associated account, payment, delivery, and generation records. Nothing in this section affects any refund or cancellation right that cannot lawfully be waived.

The Service may depend on or link to third-party payment processors, digital retailers, infrastructure, support, or media-processing services. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Slutify does not control third-party websites or services and does not guarantee that a third-party provider, payment method, integration, link, or feature will remain available, secure, or error-free. Third-party unavailability may delay or prevent a transaction or feature.

The Service may be changed, interrupted, delayed, limited, or unavailable because of maintenance, capacity, provider availability, technical failure, security concerns, legal requirements, or other circumstances. Generation timing, queue position, availability, successful completion, and results are not guaranteed.

Slutify does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or recovery of an account, upload, output, history, credit, or other data. You are responsible for retaining copies of material you are legally entitled to keep.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Slutify may restrict, suspend, freeze, or terminate access, with or without prior notice where reasonably appropriate, if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or safety risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, failed required verification, or threatened the Service, users, or third parties.

Slutify may close, suspend, or permanently terminate any account at any time by decision of its administration, with or without prior notice, including for commercial, operational, risk-management, or service-availability reasons, subject to applicable law.

Slutify may unilaterally and permanently terminate an account for a breach of these Terms, whether or not the account has unused generation allowances, Slutify Stars, credits, memberships, add-ons, or other digital entitlements. The treatment of any remaining benefits or refund request remains governed by these Terms and applicable non-waivable law.

Users must treat Slutify support personnel with respect. Acting like a “Karen” is prohibited. This means abusive, demeaning, hostile, coercive, or excessively entitled conduct. This includes issuing demands or ultimatums, attempting to order support personnel as though the user controls the company, insisting that ordinary support procedures or priorities be disregarded, or repeatedly acting as though the Service and its personnel must revolve around that user’s personal demands. Slutify may permanently terminate an account immediately and without prior warning for such conduct.

Threats, harassment, targeted insults, abusive insinuations, or knowingly false or reckless accusations directed at Slutify or any owner, employee, contractor, support representative, or other member of its personnel are grounds for immediate permanent termination. A user who makes a serious factual accusation must act in good faith and provide credible supporting evidence reasonably available to them upon request.

This rule does not prohibit an honest review, a good-faith complaint, a report made through Slutify’s support or reporting channels, a protected disclosure, or a lawful report to an authority merely because Slutify disputes it or it is not ultimately substantiated. It applies to abusive, threatening, knowingly false, or recklessly unsupported conduct, subject to applicable law.

Termination may end access to associated content and digital entitlements. Any refund remains governed by the Refunds section and non-waivable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination.including responsibility for content, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute terms.will survive.

Slutify may preserve information, review relevant records, respond to valid subpoenas, warrants, court orders, and other lawful requests, and cooperate with law-enforcement or regulatory authorities. We may report suspected illegal conduct where required or permitted by law and may make emergency disclosures where legally permitted to address a risk of death or serious physical harm.

Slutify does not disclose information merely because someone asks for it. We may evaluate the legal validity and scope of a request and may object to or narrow an improper request where appropriate. We may refrain from notifying you where notice is legally prohibited or would compromise a lawful investigation or emergency response.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, secured, and retained in connection with the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge those practices. These Terms do not replace rights or obligations that apply under privacy law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” SLUTIFY DISCLAIMS EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Slutify does not warrant uninterrupted or secure operation, any particular output or quality, that an output will be lawful or non-infringing, that defects will be corrected, that third-party providers will remain available, or that data can be recovered. No statement about a template, feature, or example output is a warranty or legal opinion. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so they apply only to the extent permitted by law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLUTIFY AND ITS SUPPLIERS, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND PERSONNEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, USER CONTENT, OUTPUTS, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and these Terms do not make Slutify immune from liability. Rights and remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law remain available.

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Slutify and its suppliers, licensors, service providers, and personnel from third-party claims, damages, judgments, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from or related to: your uploads or outputs; your lack of rights or permission; privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property violations; nonconsensual content; unlawful publication or distribution; payment or gift-card fraud; your conduct through the Service; or your breach of these Terms.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Slutify’s conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required, and it does not waive any non-waivable right or remedy.

Slutify may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features or products. We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, safety practices, or business operations. The current version will display its Last Updated date.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent. Otherwise, continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a revision, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the law that applies under applicable choice-of-law rules. No particular state, country, court, venue, or arbitration provider is selected by these Terms. Any dispute must be brought in a court or other forum that has lawful jurisdiction over the parties and the dispute.

Before filing a claim, you and Slutify agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue by written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution, unless immediate relief is necessary or applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms waives non-waivable consumer protections or a right to seek relief from a government agency or court with lawful authority.

Questions, legal notices, account-security concerns, and refund requests may be sent to [email protected]. Reports concerning potentially abusive or unlawful content may also be submitted through the reporting channel.

These Terms and the policies expressly incorporated by reference are the entire agreement between you and Slutify concerning the Service. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without Slutify’s consent. Section titles are for convenience only. The words “including” and “include” mean “including without limitation.” Electronic notices and records satisfy written-form requirements to the extent permitted by law.
